Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly, such as your name, email address, phone number, and project details when you fill out our contact form or newsletter.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to respond to inquiries, provide services, send newsletters (with consent), and improve our website.
3. Data Protection
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
4. Call Recording
When you speak with our team on a call placed from our own phone system, the call may be recorded for quality assurance, team training, and to keep an accurate record of what was discussed and agreed. You are told before any recording begins. A short notice is played to you when the call is answered, and no recording can start without it — if you would rather not be recorded, say so when the call connects and we will continue the conversation without recording.
Aside from the audio itself, we keep the number you called from or that we dialled, the date and time, and the call duration. Recordings are stored on our own servers rather than in a third-party recording service, access is restricted to authorised team members, and every time a recording is played we write an entry to an access log.
Recordings are deleted automatically 90 days after the call. Our telecom operator may retain its own copy for a limited period under its own agreement with us. We do not use call recordings for advertising and we never sell them.
If you want a recording of your call deleted before the 90 days are up, write to us at the address in section 7 and we will delete our copy and ask our telecom operator to delete theirs, then tell you the outcome.
5. Third-Party Services
We may use third-party services (e.g., Resend for email, Google Analytics for analytics) that process data under their own privacy policies.
6. Cookies and Advertising
We use cookies and similar technologies to remember your preferences, measure how the site is used, and measure and improve our advertising. Analytics and advertising cookies are set only after you choose "Accept All" on the cookie notice. If you decline, we receive only limited, cookieless measurement signals that do not identify you.
Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your earlier visits to this website and other websites. We use Google Analytics and Google Ads, including conversion measurement and remarketing, which may show you our ads on other sites after you visit us.
You can opt out of personalised advertising from Google at Google Ads Settings, learn how Google uses data from sites that use its services at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites, and clear or block cookies in your browser settings at any time.
7. Contact and Grievance
For privacy-related inquiries, to access, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you — including a call recording — or to raise a grievance about how we handled your request, write to us at business@maysanlabs.com. We acknowledge requests within a few working days and complete them within 30 days.
