Custom web development for B2B products and portals
We build the web application your business actually runs on: customer portals, internal dashboards, booking and billing flows, and the marketing site in front of them. Next.js 16, React 19, TypeScript and PostgreSQL, built by a small team in Gurgaon, India.
Most projects ship in four to twelve weeks. You get a fixed quote after discovery, a staging URL in the first sprint, and the repository in your own account at the end.
Next.js and React frontends
Server-rendered and statically generated pages on Next.js 16 and React 19, in TypeScript. Server components where they help, client components only where interaction needs them, so the JavaScript shipped to the browser stays small.
B2B portals and dashboards
Customer portals, admin consoles and internal dashboards with authentication, role-based access and multi-tenant data isolation. Built on PostgreSQL with a typed query layer, so a broken permission check fails the build instead of production.
API and integration layer
REST and typed API routes, webhooks and scheduled jobs that connect your app to billing, CRM, email and WhatsApp. Every external call is retried, logged and rate-limited, because the integration is usually where these projects actually break.
Design systems and performance
A component library with tokens instead of one-off styles, so the tenth page costs a fraction of the first. Every build ships with a performance budget, measurable Core Web Vitals and accessibility checks that run before deploy.
Five stages, no black box
The same process runs whether the build is a five-page site or a multi-tenant portal. What changes is how many sprints it takes.
Discovery, one to two weeks
We map the users, the data and the systems you already run, then write a scope document with the screens, the integrations and what is explicitly out of scope. It is paid work and it is yours to keep, even if you build with someone else.
Architecture and prototype
Data model, authentication model and deployment target are decided before the first component. You get a clickable prototype of the two or three screens that carry the product, so the expensive changes happen while they are still cheap.
Build in two-week sprints
Each sprint ends with a working staging URL you can click, not a status report. You see the actual screens on your own data early, and scope changes are priced in the open instead of appearing at the end.
Hardening
Load test on realistic data, error monitoring wired to an alert, database backups with a restore that has been tried, and a performance pass measured on a throttled mobile connection. A site that works on your laptop is not finished.
Handover and care
Private repository handover, environment variables documented, deploy runbook and a walkthrough recording. After launch, the monthly plan covers hosting, updates, backups and monitoring, with a named person to call.
Published prices, not “contact us”
A marketing site starts at ₹25,000 setup plus ₹2,000 a month, which covers hosting, updates, backups and small changes. A custom application starts at ₹2,00,000 for the build, after a paid discovery of ₹25,000 to ₹50,000.
The full breakdown, including the business platform tiers and the AI add-ons, is on the pricing page. Nothing is quoted on a call that is not also written on the invoice.

The parts that get skipped
These are not add-ons. A site that cannot be measured, backed up or found in search is unfinished, however good it looks.
- Core Web Vitals measured on a throttled mobile connection, not just on desktop
- Sitemap, canonical URLs, structured data and a robots policy that matches the site
- Analytics and Search Console wired from day one, so traffic is measurable
- Error monitoring with alerts, and a database backup whose restore has been tested
- Accessibility pass on keyboard navigation, focus states and colour contrast
- Staging environment and a one-command production deploy
We run our own products on the same stack
The fastest way to judge an engineering team is to use what it ships. These are ours, live, and supported by the same people who would build your project.
MailSender
Bulk email infrastructure with its own sending stack, built for teams that send at volume without per-contact pricing.
Jewellery OS
Inventory, billing and customer management for jewellery retailers and manufacturers, running on a shared multi-tenant core.
Edu-Maysan
Admissions, attendance and fee workflows for education institutes, with reporting the principal can read without a data team.
Maysan Shop
A full-stack commerce build covering catalogue, checkout and order operations for a fashion retailer.
Before you send a brief
How much does a custom web application cost?
Discovery starts at ₹25,000 and a custom build starts at ₹2,00,000. A marketing site on our Starter plan costs ₹25,000 setup plus ₹2,000 a month for hosting, updates and backups. You get a fixed quote after discovery, before any build work starts.
How long does a build take?
A Starter site takes one to two weeks. A B2B portal or dashboard with authentication, roles and integrations typically takes six to twelve weeks, depending on how many external systems it has to talk to.
Do you work with our existing codebase?
Yes. We take over React and Next.js codebases regularly. The first week is spent reading the code, running the tests and writing down what is actually there, so the estimate is based on the repository and not on a description of it.
Who owns the code?
You do. Every project ends with a private repository handover, deployment notes and a walkthrough recording, so your team can keep shipping without us.
Can you fix performance and SEO on a site you did not build?
Yes. We audit the rendered HTML, Core Web Vitals, structured data and indexation, then fix the causes in priority order. This is a fixed-scope engagement, usually two to four weeks.
Do you provide support after launch?
Every plan includes hosting, backups, monitoring and small changes. Larger changes are quoted separately, and the retainer can be cancelled with 30 days notice.
Tell us what the app has to do
Send the workflow, the users and the systems it must talk to. You get a scoped answer with a price and a timeline, usually within two working days.
